This exchange programme unites the Cultural Departments of five cities from the Baltic region (Tallinn, Helsinki, Vilnius, Riga and Warsaw) in close cooperation. The activities will comprise of the exchange of municipal cultural employees, of regular meetings, of evaluation and dissemination actions as well as of the formulation of reports and suggestions for the future. This programme can be seen as an awareness-raising pilot project which will lead to follow-up actions as the aim is to develop a mobility model which can be used in the future also within other City Departments.
